Urgent Recruitment – Quality Check Supervisor

We are urgently hiring a Quality Check Supervisor for a factory. Candidates with relevant experience in quality inspection and supervision are encouraged to apply. Immediate joining is available.

No. of Vacancy:- 2

Salary:- 10,000/- to 15,000/- per month. After 3 months of joining, PF+ESI will be active. ( Lodging free & Canteen facility available )

(NO WORK NO PAY)

Duty Hours:– 11 hours (1 hour break)

Job Locations:- Ghutgoria, Bankura, West Bengal.

Job Responsibilities:-

The Quality Check Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring product quality and ensuring that all processes meet company standards. Key duties include:

1. Supervising quality checking and inspection activities.
2. Ensuring products meet quality standards and specifications.
3. Identifying defects and taking corrective actions.
4. Maintaining quality records and inspection reports.
5. Coordinating with production and management teams.
6. Training and guiding quality check staff.

Qualifications & Requirements:-

Minimum qualification: H.S Pass / Graduate and above.

Experience in quality control or inspection (preferred).

Good knowledge of quality standards and procedures.

Ability to handle a team and maintain discipline.
