Good communications skills and people management skills.

Job Descriptions:-

Supervise a team of worker involved in coal mining operations including loading and unloading in coal trains maintaining equipment and ensuring proper storage.

Provide guidance and support to the team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Monitor coal quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

Maintaining Safety protocol.
