Urgent recruitment candidates for security supervisor jobs at shopping Mall.

Salary:- 13,800/- to 15,800/- Per Months with E.S.I and P.F.

Duty Hours:- 12 Hours ( Number of duty 30 Days ), (No work no pay).

Candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience of supervisor.

Job Locations:- Haldia Mall, City- Centre.

Job Responsibility:-

Supervising security staff to ensure all areas of the shopping mall are adequately covered.

Developing and implementing security procedures and protocols.

Monitoring surveillance systems and conducting regular patrols to identify and address security risks.

Responding to security incidents and emergencies, including theft, disturbances and medical situations.

Coordinating with local law enforcement agencies as needed.

Managing access control systems and ensuring the security of mall entrances and exits.

Maintaining accurate records and documentation of security activities and incidents.

Qualifications required:-

High school diploma or equivalent,

Good physical condition and the ability to perform security duties.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower team members,

Strong verbal and written communications skills.
