Salary:- 25,000 – 30,000 per month

Job Type:- Full-Time | Permanent

Duty Hours:-

• 8 Hours per Day
• Sunday Fixed Off

Job Location:- Durgapur City Center, West Bengal.

Eligibility Criteria :-

• B.Com or Postgraduate with MBA (HR preferred)
• Male and Female candidates are welcome to apply

Job Responsibilities:-

• Process monthly employee payroll accurately and on time
• Maintain daily employee attendance and leave records
• Prepare salary reports, payroll documentation, and HR records
• Coordinate with employees regarding payroll and attendance-related queries
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and statutory requirements
• Maintain employee databases and documentation
• Support HR operations, onboarding, and administrative tasks

Required Skills:-

• Basic knowledge of Payroll and Attendance Management
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
