We Are hiring an enthusiastic and well-presented Female Front Office Cum Receptionist for a reputed Tour & Travels Company in Sepco, Durgapur.The selected candidate will be responsible for handling front desk operations, welcoming customers, attending phone calls, responding to customer queries, maintaining basic records, and providing support for day-to-day office activities.

Job Details:– Front Office Cum Receptionist
Salary:– 10,000 – 12,000 per month + Incentives
Duty Hours:– 9 Hours (10:00 AM – 7:30 PM)

Job Location:– Sepco, Durgapur, West Bengal
Job Type:– Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:-

• Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a professional manner.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries.
• Provide information about tour and travel services.
• Maintain customer details, records, and basic office documentation.
• Coordinate with the team regarding customer requirements and bookings.
• Manage day-to-day reception and front-office activities.
• Assist with basic administrative and computer-related work.
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly environment.

Candidate Requirements:-

• Minimum H.S. Pass qualification.
• Graduates and candidates with higher qualifications are welcome.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge preferred.
• Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
