We are haring an experienced and dedicated assistant manager & deputy manager (Mining) to oversee and manage mining operations efficiently, safely and in compliance with all statutory regulations. The candidate will be responsible for production targets, manpower management, safety supervision and coordination with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Salary For Assistant Manager:- 105,000/- to 110,000/- Per Month with E.S.I. and P.F. facility available.

Duty Time:- 8 hours.(Sunday holiday)

Job Location:- City Center, Durgapur, West Bengal.

Number Of Vacancy :- 1 number.

Salary For Deputy Manager:- 70,000/- to 80,000/- Per Month with E.S.I. and P.F. facility available.

Duty Time:- 8 hours.(Sunday holiday)

Job Location:- City Center, Durgapur, West Bengal.

Number Of Vacancy :- 1 number.

Key Responsibilities for Both Jobs :-

Supervise and monitor daily mining operations – drilling, blasting, excavating, loading and hauling.
Achieve production targets as per plan while ensuring cost and quality control.
Ensure full compliance with DGMS, MMR, Mines Act and other safety regulations.
Conduct regular safety meetings, inspections and training sessions.
Coordinate with survey, geology and maintenance teams for effective operations.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly production and safety reports.
Lead and motivate the mining team to maintain discipline and performance.

Qualifications:- B.E/B.Tech/B.B.A/M.B.A/Diploma in mining engineering (Mandatory).

Experience:- Candidate should have experience in open cast/underground mining operations.

Skills Required:- Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, planning and reporting skills.
