Salary:– ₹12,000 – ₹16,000/- per month +ESI Facility

Duty Time:– 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Lodging: FREE Fooding: Candidate’s Own)

Job Location:– Salgara More, Barjora, Bankura

Qualification:-Civil Engineering

Candidate Eligibility: Local candidates are eligible

Job Responsibilities:-

• Supervising production-related work and activities
• Monitoring and maintaining quality standards
• Conducting regular work and site inspections
• Managing and coordinating labourers at the workplace
• Ensuring work is completed according to required specifications
• Reporting production and quality-related issues to senior management
• Maintaining discipline and proper workflow at the site
• Supporting smooth coordination between workers and management
