Salary for Security Supervisor:- 13,800/- to 15,800/- Per Months with E.S.I and P.F.

Duty Hours:- 12 Hours ( Number of duty 30 Days ), (No work no pay).

Candidate should have good Computer Knowledge and camera skills,

Job Locations:- Haldia Mall, City- Centre.

Job Responsibility:-

Monitor multiple surveillance cameras and video feeds to detect and assess security threats, unusual activities, or safety hazards within the shopping mall.

Conduct continuous surveillance of key areas such as entrances, exits, parking lots, and common areas to ensure compliance with security protocols and regulations.

Identify and report suspicious behavior, criminal activity, or emergency situations to security personnel and appropriate authorities in a timely manner.

Coordinate with security guards and other mall staff to respond to incidents, emergencies, or alarms effectively.

Operate CCTV equipment, including cameras, monitors, recording devices, and related software, to capture and archive video footage according to established procedures.

Maintain accurate records of surveillance activities, incidents, and observations by completing detailed incident reports and logs.

Qualifications required:-

High school diploma or equivalent,

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower team members,

Excellent communications skills.

Good knowledge of computer and skills of handling C.C.T.V devices.
