Salary : 12,000/- to 13,000/- with ESI + PF (Lodging Free & Canteen facility available)

Duty Hours : 12 Hours.

Job Location : Barjora, Bankura.

Bankura district candidates not applicable.

Rolling Mill Steel Plant, Direct company payroll job.

Required :-

1. A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from a recognized university or institution.
2. Some employers may prefer candidates with 1-2 years of experience.
3. Knowledge of different manufacturing techniques such as CNC machining, injection molding and 3D printing.
4. Basic understanding of project management principles and tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera.

Job Responsibilities:-

1. Design, develop and test mechanical systems and components.
2. Analyze problems to see how mechanical and thermal devices might help solve a particular problem.
3. Plan, manage and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.
4. Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
5. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
6. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to improve product manufacturability.
