Urgent recruitment of candidates for Production supervisor jobs.

We are seeking Freshers and experienced Production Site Supervisors to oversee daily operations at our production facility. the supervisor will be responsible for managing production staff, monitoring processes, ensuring safety and quality standards, and meeting production targets within set timelines.

Salary for this job: 11,500/- 12,500 per month. with E.S.I. and P.f facility available.+ Free lodging and canteen facility available.

Duty Hours:- 12 Hours .

Job Locations: – Ghutgoria, Barjora, Bankura.

Job Role and job responsibility: –

1. The production site supervisor needs to supervise the production site quality and quantity of the finished product.
2. Supervise and coordinate day-to-day production activities at the site.
3. Monitor the use of machinery, equipment, and raw materials to minimize downtime and waste.
4. Ensure production schedules are followed and deadlines are achieved.

Qualification required for this job: – I.T.I , Diploma, B-Tech in Electrical and Mechanical.

Training will be provided by the company for Suitable perform this job.
