Working Hours:– 8 Hours per Day

Job Location: Budge Budge, South 24 Parganas, West Bengal

Salary & Benefits:-

During the initial training period, selected candidates will receive ₹380/- per day along with PF and ESI benefits. After successful completion of the training period, the salary will increase to ₹527.38/- per day, along with ₹20/- attendance allowance, 7.5% HRA, bonus, gratuity, statutory leave, and other applicable statutory benefits.

Free lodging and canteen facilities are also available for eligible employees.

Candidate Requirements:-

• Minimum educational qualification: 8th Pass
• Maximum age: 40 years
• Willingness to work for 8 hours per day
• Ability to follow workplace and safety instructions
• Candidates interested in machine operation and industrial work are encouraged to apply

Job Responsibilities:-

• Operate and monitor jute mill machines.
• Maintain production quality and machine efficiency.
• Follow safety rules and company instructions.
• Check raw materials and finished products.
• Report machine faults to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness of the machine and workplace.
• Support smooth production and minimize material wastage.
