We are hiring candidates for field sales executive jobs. This is a department of sales and business development job. Male and female both experience and freshers candidates are eligible for this job role.

Salary:- 12,000/- to 14,000/- per monthly + Incentive.

Duty Hours:- 8 Hours. (One day holiday)

Job Locations:- All Over West Bengal.

Qualifications Required:- 10th pass/ 12th pass/ Graduate (any stream).

Job Role:-

Identify and onboard new merchants for Paytm QR code, soundbox, EDC (card swipe machine) and other Paytm products.

Visit local market and small businesses to explain the benefits of using Paytm’s features.

Ensure merchants are actively using Paytm services post-onboarding.

Meet daily and monthly sales targets.

Resolve merchant issues and ensure consistent usage of Paytm solutions.

Skills Required:-

1. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Basic knowledge of smartphones and digital apps.
3. Comfortable with fieldwork and local travel.
